Martik (Warrior)  Foundation was established according to the Legislation of  RA  and  was registered in accordance with

the established procedures.

The major aim of the Foundation is to contribute to the strengthening of Armenia, to enhance defence and national security of Armenia.

Major objectives of the Foundation:

- to assist the development of military science and training of military personnel in Armenia,

- to establish scholarships for successful students.

Any person who accepts the Charter, aims and objectives of the Foundation and contridutes to their implementation may participate in the Foundation.

The person wishing to participate in the Foundation provides his/her photo(sends via mail) and information on payment of the Foundation participants entrance fee to the Trustee Council. A separate page will be opened for the participant in the internet with his/her photo and name.

The sum of entrance fee (basic sum) is untouchable and can be used only in case of a threat to the security and defence of Armenia by the common consent of the President of RA, Catholicos of All Armenians, Minister of Defence of RA and the President of the Foundation. Interest received from the basic sum will be directed to solve the objectives established by the Charter of the Foundation.

The participants entrance fee is 100 USD, it cannot be more or iess. The cost of bank transfer charge is Foundation participant's responsibility.

The objective of the Foundation is it to contribute to the eternity of  the nation. Those who are ready to participate in this sacred mission don't hesitate, thouse who are ready spiritually, but not financially don't hurry, just wish and you will become a Martik.

The Supreme Management and control body of the Foundation is the Trustee Council in the membership of which can be any person accepting the Charter of the Foundation and providing at least 1000 persons participation in the Foundation by his/her advice.
